OPTN DSA Dashboard Report -The National DSA Dashboard is a tool for that combines donation and transplant data in one place. The majority of the Dashboard is updated quarterly (March, June, September, and December). The SRTR data that are included are updated when the data become available on the SRTR public website (July and January).

OPTN Monthly Donor Data Report -
This is a monthly report that provides data back to August, 2001 on the number of Eligible Deaths (Number of Eligible Donors), number of Donors from Eligible Deaths Recovered (Number of Non-DCD Deceased Donors < 71), the Eligible Death Conversion Rate (Observed donation rate), and the number of Non-Eligible Donors Recovered (Number of additional deceased donors). This data is provided for each calendar year, and by month since January, 2007. The data is shown by donor hospital, DSA, CMS region, and for the U.S. overall.
OPTN Standard Criteria Donor Data Report -This a monthly report that provides data back to August, 2001 on the number of Standard Criteria Donors (SCD) and organs recovered. Annually, and monthly since 2007, it provides the number of SCD donors recovered, the number of SCD organs recovered, the number of SCD organs transplanted, the number of SCD organs transplanted per donor, and the discard rate for SCD organs recovered for transplant. The data is provided by DSA, CMS region, and for the U.S. overall.
OPTN Expanded Criteria Donor Data Report - This a monthly report that provides data back to August, 2001 on the number of Expanded Criteria Donors (ECD) and organs recovered. Annually, and monthly since 2007, it provides the number of ECD donors recovered, the number of ECD organs recovered, the number of ECD organs transplanted, the number of ECD organs transplanted per donor, and the discard rate for ECD organs recovered for transplant. The data is provided by DSA, CMS region, and for the U.S. overall.
OPTN Donation After Cardiac Death Data Report - This a monthly report that provides data back to August, 2001 on the number of Donation After Cardiac Death (DCD) donors and organs recovered. Annually, and monthly since 2007, it provide the number of DCD donors recovered, the number of DCD organs recovered, the number of DCD organs transplanted, the number of DCD organs transplanted per donor, and the discard rate for DCD organs recovered for transplant. The data is provided by DSA, CMS region, and for the U.S. overall.

This is a monthly Collaborative report. This report analyzes year-to-date progress towards the Collaborative goals and compares them to the same time period in the previous year. The report is by DSA and by Region and includes National totals. monthly Collaborative report that is a visual representation of the DSA’s and Regional’s progress toward the Collaborative goals in the most recent 12 month time

Donor Hospitals with 6+ Eligible Death Data Report- A monthly
Collaborative report that includes progress towards the Collaborative goals for any hospital that has reported at least 6 eligible deaths in the most recent 12 month time period. The report also includes National, DSA and Regional data based on ONLY those hospitals with 6 eligible deaths.
