Dakota passed away at 19 years of age due to a rare lung disease. Dakota was a very caring,funny young man. He could make anyone laugh. He fought a hard battle with his disease while he waited for a lung transplant. The perfect lungs did not come in time. In his death Dakota was able to be a donor even though he couldn't donate his lungs. I will always be the proud mom of him. He is missed greatly by his whole family and his friends.
