Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, email a cancellation request to: meetings@aopo.org. Cancellation email must be received on or before Friday, May 24, 2024. Any cancellations on or before that date will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after May 24, 2024. Telephone requests will not be honored and registration fees will not be issued for no-shows.
