Two Ohio OPOs Expand Collaborative Partnership

July 16, 2018 – The Network for Life (NFL), a partnership between LifeCenter Organ Donor Network and Lifeline of Ohio, announces the addition of Donation Support Services (DSS) to the list of shared functions between the two OPOs.

DSS is a 24-hour Donor Referral Center that will provide tissue donor screening, donor family advocacy, grief support, case management and crisis intervention for the two organizations. In addition to DSS, the organizations share financial, information technology and human resource functions through the NFL.

The purpose of the shared services is to enhance the operations and overall efficiencies of both organizations.

Network for Life (NFL) established in 2016 provides support for the life-saving missions of two OPOs. Through this strategic partnership, Lifeline of Ohio and LifeCenter continue to set the standard for excellence in the OPO community.
